My name is Sergio Ranera Sáenz, and sport has always been my driving force. From a young age, I’ve been closely connected to physical activity: I practised football, tennis, skiing, climbing and many other sports that sparked my curiosity to understand how the body works and how to improve performance.

That passion led me to study Sport and Exercise Science, specialising in performance, nutrition, and injury prevention, with a long-term, athlete-centred approach.

Over the years, I’ve worked in different countries and environments, developing a global perspective on training and learning to adapt each plan to the needs, goals and context of each individual.

Today, through Pro Peak Wellness, I apply all that experience in a system that combines personalised training, digital monitoring and professional support.

My goal is to help you perform better, recover more effectively and become the best version of yourself.

EXPERIENCE

Graduate in Sport and Exercise Science and Higher Technician in Dietetics.
Specialised in high-performance training, sports nutrition and hormonal health.

I have advanced training in:

  • Nutrition applied to training

  • Performance in team sports

  • Women’s nutrition and hormonal health

  • ISAK Level 2 Anthropometry

My approach combines science, real-world practice and individual adaptation for each client.

Over 10 years helping athletes and active individuals improve their performance, prevent injuries and build sustainable habits.

I have worked with more than 500 clients in:

  • Improving physical performance

  • Injury rehabilitation

  • Fat loss and body recomposition

Currently working 100% online, offering personalised training and nutrition plans.
